[tor-relays] running a relay on a home connection

Thanks for your response.

I tried two versions of tor, one that came with TBB (.2.3.25) and the
other I built using the source package(.2.4.19).

Oh and I am running Arch. I did take a look at hosts file but there
weren't any stale entries.

I am hoping that by running tor on my other machine I can rule out
problems with old config files.
