First of all, everyone, be it relay operator or not, is welcome to come!
There's no real agenda, it all depends on who is coming. I want to talk
about a few things that mostly concerns exit operators, but other than
that it's just an informal meeting of Tor minds.

If anyone has topics they would like to see addressed during the
meeting, just let me know.
