[tor-relays] Option to restart TOR automatically after it did crash?

If you have systemd(*), you can just change your unit file to contain the
following:
[service]
TimeoutSec = 60
Restart = always
RestartSec=60
StartLimitInterval=10
StartLimitBurst=500

and it will always restart the service.


* Hard to tell on debian.
