[tor-relays] "who has used my bridge" in vidalia bridge bundle?

I take back my statement that "BridgeRecordUsageByCountry is not enabled
in the relay bundle by default." Karsten is correct. I was confusing the
TBB & relay pkg data directories and also geoip & geoip-cache when
switching from the one package to the other. Live & learn. - eliaz
