[tor-relays] migrate a tor

Hi all,

I am new to this list and should probably lurk for a while to pick up
the culture.  However, I really want to know.... if it is possible to
move/migrate a tor from one computer to another and retain the same
identity.  I assume this is necessary for the proverbial t-shirt but it
would also obviate resetting my weather watch.
