You are correct sir, 0.2.2.28 works, 0.2.2.29 is broken but can be fixed by supplying my current IP in the Address parameter to the command line (I assume the SSL notice is not a problem).
It would be easier if my ISP didn't keep changing my IP *and* the IPs of its DNS lately, thus adding to the error messages.
In the meantime I'll go back to 0.2.1.22 and wait for the next stable.
