Annoying error/bug

[TorOp]

No address line in torrc. Technically a dynamic IP, but it hasn't 
changed in years. Port forwarding is correct, not triggered, and there's 
no firewall.
If any of the above were incorrect I don't think the Tor self-test would 
succeed.
