Running TOR without running Vidalia on Windows

Download stand alone Tor[1], download Privoxy[2], point Privoxy to
Tor[3], point your browser to Privoxy, start Tor, start Privoxy, start
browser.

[3] Find and uncomment the section in main configuration file that reads
