We are happy to announce the first Tor Browser 10.0.17 release candidate
for wider testing. Packages can be found at:

Tor Browser 10.0.17 updates Firefox to verion 78.11.0esr on Desktop.
This version updates HTTPS Everywhere to 2021.4.15, NoScript to 11.2.8,
and Tor to 0.4.5.8.
