[tor-qa] Tor Browser 10.5.4 is ready for testing

Hello!

We are happy to announce the first Tor Browser 10.5.4 release candidate
for wider testing. Packages can be found at:

Tor Browser 10.5.4 updates Firefox to verion 78.13.0esr on Desktop. This
version include some bugfixes, as well.
