[tor-qa] UPDATE: please test new package (was: Re: New Tor 0.2.4.18-rc packages)

Hey everyone,
I made a test 2.4.18-rc-1 bundle with --disable-optimize for Firefox. When I
tested it originally it slowed to a crawl very quickly, but some folks on IRC
report that they do not experience the same issue. If anyone here could test it
for a little while (an hour or so of active use, plenty of tabs, etc) and let
me know if it works fine for them I'd appreciate it!
