Hello,
Thanks everyone who made it to today's UX team monthly meeting! We're looking forward to seeing you all again in October.
Here are the minutes:

Today we reviewed the script for the UX team’s upcoming VPN user survey, which will help us determine which VPNs the community use most, why they use a VPN, and how it fits into their browsing experience. Lastly, we also discussed the August 2021 user feedback report.

== Agenda ==
1. VPN user survey:
- Move "Why do you use a VPN" question earier in the branch/thread
- How device-agnostic vs. Android-specific should the survey be?
- If device-agnostic, include full selection of web-browsers and VPN providers
- If Android specific, feature very explicit wording explaining this
2. User Feedback Report – August 2021: https://lists.torproject.org/pipermail/tor-project/2021-September/003177.html <https://lists.torproject.org/pipermail/tor-project/2021-September/003177.html>
- 9 reports of confusion regarding the V2 deprecation warning: are these users on older versions of TB (and as such still see the banner on about:tor), or do these reports pertain to the V2 deprecation error screen itself?
