Today we discussed the Tor Browser 11 release – which is now rolling out, the new brand designer position we’re recruiting for, the upcoming State of the Onion, Championquizzer’s status report for October, and lastly our upcoming research on censorship circumvention in Tor Browser scheduled for later in the month.

Open IRC meetings happen monthly on the first Tuesday of the month at 1400 UTC in #tor-meeting on OFTC.
