Hi!

Today's meeting includes an update from thurayya on her research in
Amazonia, a sharing for discussion about the future of Tor Launcher, and an
update on S30 Personas by dunqan.

Open IRC meetings happen monthly every first Tuesday of the month 1400 UTC

Next meeting is on November, Tuesday 3rd 1400 UTC in #tor-meeting on OFTC.
