The suggestion was also to help users by adding tor-. A package called
"Simple Bandwidth Scanner" may easily be confused with a speed test
application.
The name is not very descriptive, adding tor- makes it more descriptive.
It doesn't need to be tor- specifically though. It could equally be
onion- or or-. Something that makes it clear that this tool is not for
bandwidth measurement in general.
