[tor-project] User queries and issues for Nov-Dec'17

For what its' worth "tor browser can't print as print to file, it
produces nothing..." is issue #23970 (
https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/ticket/23970 ) and the fix was
applied on 2017-12-15.
