[tor-project] July Communications Report

Hello Tor!

Last month, we were out and about + working on copy for upcoming
releases and our new site.

I joined Alison, David, George, and Matt at HOPE for the Onion Report:

We had a booth the whole weekend and were cleaned out of shirts for
donations in a few hours. 

Matt and I (with help from gman and Yin) led a Tor session as part of
the Computer Science for Cyber Security (CS4CS) Summer Program for High
School Women. Another session with a new group is happening next week.
