[tor-project] [Invite] Meeting to discuss features for lightsaber (a trac-cli utility)

Hello people!

Just a quick note to follow up on this meeting. We did had the meeting
and the discussion moved to 'should we patch trac or replace trac' -
lots of fans on replace trac front :) including hiro who is the current
trac maintainer.

That said, we know that way more people uses trac at tor than what was
in that meeting.

So we decided to create a survey asking the same question with a little
bit more information on how we would go about on the 'replace trac' task
if that is the favorite one.

Please expect such survey by end of February, we hope to run it for a
couple of weeks and close before Amsterdam meeting. This way we could
move on with the result by having a discussion in Amsterdan (hiro would
be leading this :)
