[tor-project] What folks say about Tor

Finnish Communications Regulatory Authority (under Ministry of Transport
and Communications) recommends Tor. And other privacy tools, such as
OpenPGP, Signal and VeraCrypt.

In short, use Tor to hide your communication and circumvent internet
censorship.
