If you have misconfigured your HiddenServicePorts and 443 isn't
actually mapped, tor itself does the rejection, and I don't know
if/at what level that is logged. Likewise if you point it *to*
the wrong port. I'd start misconfiguring on purpose and see
how the logs change.
