[tor-l10n] Tor user stories

[tor l10n team]

Hello!

Last months we asked our users to tell us what they
think about Tor and in what does it help them.
This is very important information for us, as we do not
use metrics or other invasive techniques to gather
information from users.

We compiled some of the stories here:

Kiswahili (sw)
Türkçe (tr)

But we would like to release it in more languages.
