"idenditifier" is basically a placeholder for a bunch of potential .csv 
file names. You can find all the available ones when you scroll down the 
stats page (they are behind the "> data"-buttons). E.g. one is

http://hctxrvjzfpvmzh2jllqhgvvkoepxb4kfzdjm6h7egcwlumggtktiftid.onion/bridgedb-distributor.csv

where the "indentifier" is "bridgedb-distributor".
