[tor-dev] Should we allow matrix.org users on tor IRC channels?

Hi all,

JeremyRand has asked us to allow matrix.org users on the tor IRC channels on irc.oftc.net.

matrix.org users are rejected at the moment, because they are not registered with OFTC.
