For the record, the byte figures here is wrong, it should read "7-50 bytes"
or "9-50 bytes".
Examples of each address are:
7-50 bytes (if [::] is declared by a relay, an unreachable address that will
never be in the consensus)
8-50 bytes (if [x::] is declared by a relay, in a future IPv6 address allocation)
