[tor-dev] Can't bootstrap with one guard?

Hi All,

It looks like Tor currently needs at least two EntryNodes to bootstrap.
It hangs when loading descriptors.

This leaves me concerned that we won't be able to switch to one guard.
(It's also somewhat annoying when I'm trying to test if each of my relays is working correctly.)

Did we have plans to switch to one guard any time soon?
