This is an announcement/reminder that there will be an IRC meeting of
the Measurement Team on

  Thursday, October 8, 2015, 14:00 UTC in #tor-dev

This will be the first IRC meeting since the Berlin dev meeting, and
we're going to talk about the outcomes of that, among other things.

For example, we talked about meeting every two weeks on IRC, instead
of every week, and moving more communication to email.  Be sure to be
around tomorrow if you want to discuss things like that.
