Hi all,
i've been considering the new way to write cross-platform desktop
application using:
- JS code
- Chrome Engine
That approach enable to re-use code across desktop, mobile, web and for
the desktop the most valuable opensource project is nw.js
https://github.com/nwjs/nw.js .
I've been discussing on the need to integrate Tor within nw.js (that
already support setting up a proxy):
https://github.com/nwjs/nw.js/issues/3471
It come up with the idea/requirement that Tor ecosystem is missing a
txtorcon for javascript application.
A node.js compatible, npm packaged tor controller.
This email to share this concern, by having a JS/npm packaged txtorcon
equivalent software, would unleash the power of JS developers that are
conquering the world.
And future GlobaLeaks Desktop app will benefit from it, too ;)
