FWIW, #9221 got merged to obfsproxy master! This means that obfsproxy
should be advertising a SOCKS5 listener by default now.
I'm planning on doing an obfsproxy release soon (this or the next
week), so please test the SOCKS5 feature and report any bugs you find!
