[tor-dev] Search Engine for Hidden services

I am Prakash kumar from G. B. Pant Engineering College, Delhi, India.I am a
2nd year computer science and engineering student. I want to work on the
idea "search engine for hidden services". I have a basic knowledge of how
search engines work. I want to know which language we will use for this
project.
And also what is the next step from here? Please guide me.
