[tor-dev] Drop or merge the projects wiki?

The static 'www' is not well suited to the dynamic community project
and updating work of the 'trac'. So conceptually... I suggest moving
everything other than the base descriptions (then linking from there
out to trac) from these two...

and then making a subsection or subpage therein for volunteers
