[tor-dev] contribute to org

[Ayush Jhunjhunwala]

Hello,
    I am ayush jhunjhunwala. I am interested in the contributing to the
project - "Rewrite Tor Weather". I have read through the ideas page given
in the website. As I am new to this it will be grateful if someone can
guide me.
