[tor-dev] Decentralized VOIP (or video chat) over Tor

FreeNote's overview is almost the same as what I'm thinking. I've used GTK and GStreamer for Video  in the past and implemented mobile and desktop IPTV applications using Qt, SDL, Ogg, Theora, and Vorbis. 

This VOIP over Tor idea came to mind after developing a prototype VOIP application using Qt with custom protocols and encryption. The users generated their own AES keys and added them to the VOIP client through the user-interface. The VOIP server didn't do any encryption/decryption only the client and only public-key information was allowed to be transmitted to peers, but the packets did go through central servers. It wasn't decentralized and no anonymity was in the design. It would be nice to have this work over Tor. I would like to focus on this task if possible.
