[tor-dev] [RELEASE] Torsocks 2.0.0 stable

Hi everyone!

Following the discussion of bug #10007[1], this is the *stable* release 2.0.0
for torsocks. Nothing major went in since -rc7, see the change log below.

2014-08-11 torsocks 2.0.0
    * Fix: compilation issue on Debian kfreebsd-i386
    * Fix: add LICENSE file to repository
    * Fix: add compilation requirements to README.md

Again, as usual, and forever! *please* code review, test and most importantly
report any issues. Contribution ftw! :)
