[tor-dev] Vidalia resources no longer accepting translations

Hi everyone,

As of today, the Vidalia resources on our Transifex page [1] will no
longer be accepting translations. I feel translators should not work
on resources which are currently not being maintained by a developer.
When/if this does change, I will happily enable translations again.
