I'll wait to see what Ondrej comes up with; it's pretty normal to do
revisions on this stuff, after all, and he's already said he'd like to
give it a try.  If you want to do one too, I'd be glad to take on
merging.  Or ask Ondrej if he wants to collaborate on the first draft.
