moria1 and moria2 still on 0.2.0.25?

Why is it that 2 of the v3 directory authorities (moria1 and moria2 at
mit.edu running on the same IP address 128.31.0.34) are still running
version 0.2.0.25?  I see that all the other 6 v3 directory authorities have
upgraded, but not these 2 ...
