Choose exitnodes in country x

Hi there,
How are you proposing to detect country?
By the last part of the reverse hostname? Some ISPs do not have
reverse hostnames or their reverse hostnames don't necessarily reflect
the country of origin.
Through GeoIP systems like HostIP et al? This isn't all too reliable
either because IP spaces change all the time.
