Development tools for Tor

I just use vim. I think Nick just uses emacs. I guess 'svn diff' is handy
too. So that may not be helpful if you're looking for a whole IDE. :)

I guess the answer is to play around, ask your friends what they use,
and see what you're most comfortable with.
