ey there:

so, i wanted to propose to link to the translations on most of documentation pages.

why:

- - many times you reach the docs in a language that is not your native language
- - users are starting to configure their browsers with less information regarding language, and so the automatic language selection may fail
- - it is easier to change the URLs when translating if you only need to open the link and get the link to the page in your language

places where this should happen are:

- - Guides in the wiki, very much linked elsewhere (in the new support portal, for example): https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/wiki/TorRelayGuide
- - Tor Browser user manual:https://tb-manual.torproject.org/en-US/index.html


Can people help me find translations - links, etc?
