fixup! Firefox preference overrides.
Bug 42125: Set and lock privacy.resistFingerprinting.exemptedDomains.
The rationale for locking this is consistency with RFP.
Also, set privacy.resistFingerprinting.randomDataOnCanvasExtract as a
countermesure to some wrong guides.
