 Networkx in version
 [https://networkx.github.io/documentation/stable/release/release_2.4.html
 2.4] deprecated the `node` attribute of `DiGraph` and suggests using
 `nodes` instead. This breaks OnionPerf but luckily, it's an easy fix.
