 Currently, only the Tor Browser itself is a part of the system. We need to
 be able to fetch webpages with other browsers like (Firefox, Chromium,
 etc.) and other methods for fetching webpages (cURL, python libraries,
 etc.).

 Additionally, we need to be able to have multiple versions of these
 browsers/fetchers to see if using different versions makes a difference.
