 While testing the onboarding in a #33533 build, I noticed a weird bug
 regarding circuit display. I can reproduce with the following steps:

 1. Open a new browser window.
 2. Open `Onboarding -> Circuit Display -> See My Path`.
 3. Click `Next` in the popup.

 The circuit display for `duckduckgo` is broken for me, although I could
 only reproduce with these exact steps.
