It might be a good idea to open a new ticket for what I think are the
remaining items on the README.1st TODO:
* link to design paper (with description)
* link to anonbib (with description)
> I found some issues with code blocks in some *.md files (some files use
code blocks syntax, some do not). First of all, it's not consistent but
what's really bad is when *.md file is being displayed incorrectly. You
can find an example of what I'm saying in `CodingStandards.md` under `How
we log changes` section.
