Comment:

 All those suggestions sound reasonable to me to make it clear to users
 that bridge flags are not being used by '''clients'''.

 But doesn't '''BridgeDB''' use at least the `Stable` flag when assigning a
 bridge to a distributor? Copying phw and cohosh to get a more robust
 answer on that than I could give from looking at possibly outdated specs.

 When we know what exactly bridge flags are being used for we can discuss
 how to make that clear visually.
