 Right now GetTor will only respond to emails in the following
 circumstances:

 - With a help message if the email (or subject) contains the keyword
 "help"

 - With links if the email (or subject) contains the keyword "links" or a
 valid platform

 We should fix this to '''always''' send an email, defaulting to a help
 message if a platform or links aren't provided.
