 We need the following two aliases to replace the python script that will
 have used to exist:

 {{{
 Alias /torbulkexitlist /srv/tordnsel.torproject.org/lists/bulk
 Alias /cgi-bin/TorBulkExitList.py /srv/tordnsel.torproject.org/lists/bulk
 }}}

 Insert them just after the /exit-addresses Alias and we'll have a good
 chance of them being in the right place in the file.
