 Currently the onion-location is not "processed" until the webpage has
 fully loaded (at least, from the UX point of view).

 This means that either the automatic redirects or showing the `.onion
 available` badge only occur after page load. We should make sure we react
 to these earlier, at least for the automatic redirect case, and possibly
 for the `.onion available` badge too.
