 and installing VMs work!!!! this is awesome. :)

 i've updated the install docs and slammed a few TODOs here and there. next
 step here is to start migrating stuff in there, but we're good.

 we should focus on a VM we can empty quickly so we can add another pair to
 fsn-node-03. because right now the secondaries to fsn-node-03 are the
 existing fsn nodes and those are kind of crammed.

 so maybe next step is to retire textile #31686...
