 i've completed the mandos setup

 i disabled the modules_disabled.timer and added a condition to the
 .service so it doesn't start if a /etc/no_modules_disabled file is present
 (by hand)

 i disabled ipsec (systemctl disable ipsec)

 and i'm trying another reboot
